Community Involvement

We undertake a range of initiatives to support the communities in which we work. These include:

Support for the National Reading and Numeracy programme

This initiative involves our employees giving up their time to help school children learn how to read and write. This is a richly rewarding experience for our staff and provides real benefits to the children, many of whom come from deprived families.

We are now expanding our involvement in this programme to support children, in schools local to our offices, on a national basis.

Employee engagement days

This involves our employees working collectively on local environmental projects with their colleagues.

We have partnered with BTCV, a leading charity in the UK, which has 50 years' experience of working with individuals and local communities.

The projects themselves aim to deliver sustainable local environmental or social improvements.
