Regulatory Information
Regulatory Information
Towry strives to build strong, long-term relationships with its clients, based on professionalism, service and trust. We are committed to ensuring that we have the best possible controls, policies and processes to protect our clients' interests.
Corporate Governance and Internal Controls
Towry operates within a robust Corporate Governance and Internal Control Framework. FSA rules require Towry to have appropriate systems and controls for managing business operations, with further rules in and requirements in respect of client money and assets. The FSA also requires the senior management of authorised firms to be responsible and accountable for the conduct of the firms that they manage.
Towry's Corporate Governance and Internal Control framework meets all FSA requirements and Towry's Board and Senior Management Team are fully committed to maintaining the systems and controls that ensure client money and assets are fully safeguarded.
Looking after your assets
Towry is committed to ensuring that we have the best and most appropriate controls, policies and processes to protect our clients’ assets. These are regularly reviewed, and independently assessed, to make certain they are robust and that they adhere to best practice. All client assets retained by Towry are kept separate from the assets of Towry and are registered in the name of Towry’s subsidiary nominee companies. Further information on how we protect client monies can be found in our leaflet Looking after your assets (pdf)
Complaints
Clients are at the heart of our business and delivering an outstanding service at all times is what we strive to do. However, we recognise that from time to time our clients may have cause to make a complaint.
Towry is committed to dealing with complaints effectively and fairly in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's complaint handling rules and guidance. If our clients have cause to complain, it will be dealt with by a dedicated team focused on ensuring that clients are treated fairly during the process.
