We recruit and train bright, motivated individuals who have either taken a career break to bring up children or are simply looking for a career change. These individuals add breadth and freshness to our wealth advisory team.

As we are interested in professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, there is no need for direct experience in personal financial advice.

The training programme has an annual intake and runs for three days per week, over six months. It incorporates classroom teaching, examinations and practical work alongside established advisers.
