Towry, the Wealth Advisers, make their mark in triathlon
At the weekend, a team from Towry's office in Bournemouth took part in a triathlon to raise money for Rose Road, a charity providing a range of services and opportunities for children and young people with physical and learning disabilities, their parents and carers.
The Rose Road Triathlon involves a 200 metre indoor pool swim, a 7.5 mile cycle and a 2.5 mile run.
The team raised £1495 for Rose Road including a contribution from the Towry Charitable Trust, which supports Towry employees in their charity fundraising activities.
Andrew Fisher, Chief Executive, commented:
"We are delighted that the Towry Charitable Trust is able to support our Bournemouth office in raising funds for Rose Road. As a growing company, we want to give back to the communities in which we work, either through charitable donations or activities in the community."
Howard Goodship, Senior Client Partner, added:
"We appreciate all of the financial support we have received. All donations made to Rose Road go a long way to making the charity a success for the community."
